About SACIS

What is SACIS?

 

The Sexual Assault Counseling and Information Service (SACIS) is a non-for-profit organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual violence and their significant others reclaim their lives. SACIS helps survivors and their significant others with advocacy, counseling, and education.

 

What is CAISA?

 

The Counseling & Information for Sexual Assault/Abuse (CAISA) is the SACIS satellite office located in Robinson Ill. CAISA also dedicates its time to helping survivors of sexual violence and their significant others reclaim their lives. CAISA helps survivors and their significant others with advocacy, counseling, and education.

 

What we do

 

SACIS and CAISA provide crisis and on-going services to victims of sexual assault, sexual abuse and sexual harassment. Counseling services are also available to the victims’ significant others, such as parents/guardians, siblings, spouses, etc. Our services include individual and group counseling, medical and criminal justice advocacy, information and referral, institutional advocacy, public education, and professional training. SACIS and their satellite office, the Counseling & Information for Sexual Assault/Abuse (CAISA) serve as many survivors and their significant others as possible.
